When will I receive the script?
Once we have verified your payment, we will send you the files immediately.

What are the licensing terms?
Each purchase is valid on a single domain name basis. If you would like to use our script on more than one domain, you will need to purchase a license for each domain. Resell rights and or redistribution is not permitted.

Is the script encoded?
Two files contain our copyright statement within it. These files cannot be edited or removed. This file is encoded, but has no reflection on your ability to edit the script and make any changes you may want. This ensures that reproduction and software piracy does not occur. Although these 2 files are encoded, you will have the ability to re-design the script, add pages, and all the freedoms that come with developing a website.

Will I receive free updates?
Yes! With your purchase you will receive free software updates for one full year from date of purchase. A new version means that we have completely overhauled our existing product (essentially creating a brand new program) - until this point, all improvements will be considered "updates" to the existing program.

Do you have a refund policy?
You bet. We offer this money back guarantee : If our script does not function properly on your server, and you have adhered to the program requirements section and after the failure of our support team to provide solution to the problem, you will unquestionably be entitled to a full refund. Please note, refund requests older than 30 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible.

Technical support? Is it free?
We offer email technical support 7 days a week. We include free technical support along with the purchase of our application. This support includes: assistance with installation & script operational questions / issues.

Do you offer custom programming & product modifications?
Yes we do. We offer programming and website development. Please contact us for a quote with an outline of your project.
